Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating meetings by compiling and preparing essential documents, coordinating agenda items, and ensuring the partner is thoroughly briefed.

• Proactively managing the partner's agenda, anticipating potential conflicts, and optimizing time allocation.

• Providing executive-level administrative support, encompassing email management, composing communications, organizing files, managing invoices, expenses, and tax documents, and preparing presentations.

• Updating and maintaining calendars, promptly communicating any modifications.

• Furnishing administrative assistance for various business requirements, including making travel arrangements and liaising with accounting professionals for monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 3 years of support function experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

• Familiarity with SAP Concur preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

• Tech-savvy and proactive in enhancing efficiency with available tools

• Works effectively in a team environment and offers support as required.
