Required:

  • Experience: 2+ years of Customer service experience out of a product-based environment
  • Education: HS Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration/ Science preferred
  • Software: Advanced skills in Word and Excel, experience in an ERP system

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Arrange freight through TMS and process orders for shipment, communicating shipping requirements with the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and address inquiries regarding tracking, shipments, scheduling, and other order-related information.
  • Maintain contracts and manage release dates for products in collaboration with Product Managers and Salespersons.
  • Assist Sales staff, answer inbound calls, and maintain excellent customer relationships, while performing additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
