Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Brand Presence: Lead in-store programs and digital initiatives to elevate brand visibility and drive sales. Develop impactful in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and trade promotions.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with retailers, distributors, buyers, and brokers to maximize market penetration. Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Brand Manager, Sales Directors, and Operations teams to integrate marketing plans with sales objectives and retailer requirements. Coordinate with Production teams for timely delivery of marketing materials and product displays.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize IRI, Spins, and other analytical tools to measure promotional effectiveness and optimize strategies. Monitor market performance and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales or Marketing within Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG). Proven track record in trade marketing or BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and external partner engagement. Proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Familiarity with marketing software and tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
