Extrusion Technician

Maintain all records pertinent to a successful production run, including quality control and production control records. Package and process all finished products in compliance with standard procedures. Remove finished products from the production area to designated staging or storage areas. Operate all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products. Weigh and process all sub-standard products generated by a production run. Assist and train operators in the use of equipment. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and attend required training sessions, including operations, safety, and forklift inspections. Consistently perform work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and orderly area at all times.
Hard Skills- Machine Operation
- General Labor
- Plastic manufacturing maintenance experience
- High voltage experience
- Preventive maintenance on a variety of machines
- PLC experience
