Communications Project Manager

Our client, a private mortgage insurer located in Radnor, PA, is looking for a Contract Communications Project Manager to join their team. As the Communications Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day PM activities to ensure a timely delivery including scheduling, agenda development, leading internal meetings and preparing weekly project status updates for upcoming deliverables. Leveraging your attention to detail and ability to multitask independently, you will play a pivotal role in executing the web platform development project team’s end of year goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all project-related meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting notes, action item tracking, etc.
  • Schedule and lead weekly internal meetings as necessary to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with timeline and milestones
  • Prepare weekly project status updates including timeline view, milestone status, upcoming deliverables
  • Coordinate discovery calls with designated internal stakeholders across MI, Title and IT.
  • Coordinate the reviews of technology requirements and technical & infrastructure specifications between internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Contribute a digital perspective to wireframe and design development process
  • Coordinate internal reviews sessions; capture group input; package Essent feedback to agency partner and manage back and forth update process
  • Initiate final circ and approval process for final wireframe and design protype
  • With input from project team and business stakeholders, develop comprehensive content needs analysis for web platform build
  • Perform extensive front-end testing on development version of new web platform
  • Perform extensive post-launch site testing
  • Assist with other related communications priorities as assigned by VP, Corporate Communications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Professionalism and experience working with outside vendors
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office
