What You’ll Do

Our team at ZAGG is looking for a talented Product and Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and market share. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly integrate product marketing with brand initiatives to create a cohesive and compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience. Other responsibilities include:


Brand Marketing

  • This position will oversee our brand positioning and brand identity to ensure we have a strong, differentiated brand within our categories
  • In partnership with the creative team and channel leads, ensure we have strong/aligned style guides for the brand and applications for each channel that address channel-specific needs while laddering up to our brand messages and identity.
  • Will oversee the development and execution of our key messages. Create clear, focused messages that drive awareness, strong consideration, and desire for our brand and products.
  • Build and maintain brand marketing plan, brand communications calendar, campaign schedule, and IMC process.
  • As a Content Strategist, this will be a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with organizational goals and resonate effectively with target audiences.
  • They will be responsible for delivering insight-rich briefs that will inspire creative teams to develop impactful content that will resonate with consumers and draw them to ZAGG. They should direct all content that is needed for ZAGG (with input and collaboration from all the channels that use content) They should get inputs from channels on specific assets but lead the brief process for IMC and campaigns.
  • Ensure execution of content is on brand, on message, and is tied to clear content objectives
  • Ensure performance/analytical mindset in all content – work with channels to track and report on content performance and learnings to continuously learn and improve on our content strategies. Combining the ability to develop compelling content with a keen understanding of performance metrics- implement robust analytics tools and methodologies to monitor content performance across different channels and ensure the effectiveness of content and its impact on organizational goals.


Product Marketing

  • Product Launch/ Go to Market Leader within the ZAGG organization
  • Lead the marketing team in its product launch processes and ensured all marketing needs, assets, and commitments were met within product development timelines
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to ensure successful, on-time product launches
  • Collaborate with our product organization on the overall strategic direction, positioning, and storytelling/messaging of our product portfolio
  • Collect customer stories and results to create impactful content, both online & offline, for use in sales, marketing, and PR
  • Collect global customer and partner requirements for future product development
  • Ensure that marketing projects are executed on time and to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Monitor and understand competitors within your product categories including placement, messaging, and promotional strategies
  • Act as the main liaison between product and marketing teams within assigned product categories
  • Develop tactics that will encourage consumers to write positive reviews
  • Help develop plans for ongoing consumer research
  • Coordinate with product team and other product marketing managers on monthly product category presentations
  • Assist channel marketing team with ensuring on-time delivery of, and maintaining product assets (images, videos, etc.) and work together with sales on customer needs
  • Gather results from past product launches and use the data for future learnings
  • Conduct consumer insights to help make better product and marketing decisions
  • Support the marketing team in corporate communications and marketing newsletters
  • Work with marketing team leads to develop a template and platform to keep our ZAGG family informed of marketing, industry, and product-related information delivered to our teams monthly


What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably within the consumer electronics or tech accessories industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
