Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite, "frontstage" role, the purpose of which is to cultivate relationships with current clients to provide exceptional service and support. The RPRM will be a member of a fast-paced, close knit team where the candidate will receive guidance and ongoing training. Primary responsibilities are focused on providing high-touch customer service along with administrative support. The RPRM must be extremely detail oriented, attentive, and responsive. Professionalism, energy, knowledge, and an eventual familiarity of the firm's clients are the linchpins of success.


Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in financial services or related field is preferred
  • Professional licensing/certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) is helpful
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is helpful
