Required:
Detail oriented and proactive. Knows Excel Outlook and Word. Comfortable navigating Google and similar sites to look for information. Experience in customer service will be good but not necessarily required.
Responsibilities will include working with field action communication files making phone calls to clinics and physicians updating and maintianing information on an Excel file sending faxes looking for contact information on websites and working closly a program manager that will be directing all the activities.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules. Use of Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files arranging meetings and conferences Gathers compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. Administers interdepartment or interunit programs or processes. May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service administrative or clerical for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities typically under supervision.

Autonomy: Entry level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Works on well defined administrative and clerical tasks. Work is routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised.
