HCL is looking for a Digital Solutions Leader to join the Go-to-Market team and lead the Manufacturing presales solutions function. Must have experience in one or more of the below:
- ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Application Services (Cloud Native Application Development, Sustenance and Modernization)
- Core manufacturing processes and systems in PLM, MES etc.
- IoT in Manufacturing and Industry 4.0
- Supply Chain, CRM, Ecommerce solutions – Salesforce, BlueYonder, Manhattan etc
- Data Platform Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms and Data Engineering
- Insights and Analytics, including impact of AI on Manufacturing
Must have experience serving one of the following industries and understand the Manufacturing industry value stream:

Key responsibilities will include:
This is a P&L leadership role that will be responsible for leading innovative solutions for HCLTech’s Manufacturing industry.
- Own and manage pipeline across Digital Business services for the Manufacturing portfolio. Take accountability for the end-to-end presales and solutions process culminating in successful execution of customer programs.
- Interfacing with HCLTech sales and delivery to manage all presales activities from capability presentations through SOW negotiations.
- The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions/ technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse stakeholders and
- Demonstrated Ability to elicit client requirements via discussions and put together creative solutions with minimal information, global teams and tight deadlines is required.
- Delivering expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms,
Role and Responsibilities·
- Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP’s, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives)
- Work with subject matter experts, partners and clients to conceptualize, create and communicate Digital Solutions under very tight deadlines.
- Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities·
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements·
- Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers·
- 15 years of relevant IT/ Professional Services Industry experience
- Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment and in grey zones across teams·
- Strong presentation and facilitation skill
