Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of produce experts to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of produce.
  • Merchandising and Display: Maintain visually appealing displays, ensure proper product rotation, and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a produce or grocery department, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
