Role Description

The Account Manager for Personal Lines is a full-time hybrid role located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Quoting personal lines insurance products, remarketing, renewing policies. Working with clients on servicing their accounts. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business and creating proposals to meet clients' needs.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance account management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Agency Management System Applied TAM 2022
  • Excellent in organizational skills and multi tasking
  • 3 years Prior experience with property and casualty insurance is required. P&C License required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
  • Prior experience with carriers, Chubb, Travelers, Safeco, Nationwide, National General preferred
