  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Lead and supervise a team of drywall workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and track progress
  • Manage project budgets and implement cost-control measures
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and the internal team


About the Candidate


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall project management
  • Proven track record of successfully completing drywall projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • In-depth understanding of drywall materials, methods, and Massachusetts building codes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
  • Valid driver's license
