- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience with Project Management Tools: MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong Understanding of Systems Engineering: Experience with systems engineering principles and practices.
- Negotiation and Risk Management Skills: Experience with negotiation and risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
