Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new customers. This role is crucial in setting the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction and retention. The Onboarding Specialist will guide customers through the initial setup, provide training and support, and ensure they understand how to leverage our software to meet their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Become a SalesAi subject-matter expert with a focus on accelerating “time to value” for new customers while serving as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts throughout the onboarding journey
- Deliver virtual expert engagements to educate and empower our customers to achieve business value through the use of SaleAi and its ability to enhance every aspect of an organization's sales processes and customer engagement
- Understand customers use cases, market, and business objectives to be able to give timely and relevant advice on how they can leverage the SalesAi platform to meet and exceed their business objectives
- Engage with customers to navigate the setup and administration of their SalesAi platform, ensuring a positive initial outcome and launch of use cases within their business
- Provide relevant recommendations specific to customers’ business needs and initial use case set-up and activation
- Provide relevant recommendations for the use of Ai prompts to best achieve the use cases requested by customers
- Leverage and help produce onboarding resources such as user guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and other documents
- Analyze trends in CSAT scores from customers to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, account management, sales, or a related field. Internships or part-time jobs in these areas can be beneficial as well
- A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing excellent service
- Experience in hosting and conducting virtual sessions to virtual audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Excellent rapport building skills and comfort level in doing that within virtual environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously
- A demonstrated comfort level with software products and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities as well as work needed by you as an employee to fulfill our company’s objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) business models and how subscription-based services operate
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) technologies, applications, and their benefits in a business context
- Basic knowledge of the traditional sales development function within a company with a focus on lead generation and cold outreach tactics
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools similar to Hubspot
