We are looking to bring a land development professional, crucial for enhancing the efficiency of their land acquisition process currently handled by two external agencies, onto their team.


Key qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skill

2-4 years of relevant development experience

Help achieve their target of securing 30-40 sites / 150-200MW of community solar energy this year


Responsibilities:

Manage real estate negotiations

Oversee land agents

Engage in future development activities

**The ideal candidate for this role would have strong experience in renewable energy development, particularly with land acquisition and management.


Candidates will ideally bring skills that could extend into other development areas, such as permitting, title work, or real estate.


This role offers growth into broader development responsibilities, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates who may have been previously siloed into specific roles and seek exposure to the full development process.


This position will receive close mentorship, providing a pathway to advance.


Key points include:

  • Primary focus on land experience within renewable energy, especially community solar.
