Job Overview

The position of Industrial Development Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the execution of land development and vertical construction projects. This individual will work closely with development executives as well as General Contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

We are an industrial real estate developer that specializes in 100% industrial and logistics development and investing. With projects spanning across 15+ states in the United States, we are seeking to expand our team in the Denver metro area immediately.

Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive base salary of up to $160,000, depending on experience, as well as an annual bonus of 20%. In addition, you can enjoy unlimited PTO, 401K matching, excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, and additional time off for holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
  • Reviewing survey / title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
  • Creating predevelopment cost budgets and schedules
  • Oversight of third-party preconstruction and design teams
  • Managing the schedule, cost, change order reviews
  • Reviewing monthly development draws and submitting with approval recommendations
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or real estate
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate or 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager on Industrial builds from cradle to grave
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Local to Colorado
