Employment Type: Full-Time & Direct Hire with the Manufacturer
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 PM) Monday-Thursday, with some OT available on Fridays as needed

Job Summary:
The 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves planning and implementing maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team during the 2nd shift.
-Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
-Ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition.
-Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
-Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Flexibility to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
