About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the manufacturer's Operations and Engineering teams. You'll tackle various quality issues, including those arising from suppliers, production lines, or customer feedback. Your responsibilities will involve conducting key quality processes (details provided in training), addressing corrective actions, managing client portals, and following up on critical items. Additionally, you'll analyze trends in non-conformance and implement corrective actions as needed.

This is a fully on-site position located at the manufacturer's Jefferson City, MO facility, with standard business hours (Monday-Friday).

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Continuous improvement mindset
