Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting eye-catching job postings to celebrating offer acceptances. Your impact will be felt across the company.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to fully understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that bring top talent onboard.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels, from job boards and social media to professional networks and beyond.
  • Conduct insightful initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring each hire aligns with our company values and vision.
  • Seamlessly coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring top-notch communication and feedback every step of the way.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs—your foresight will be a game-changer
  • Stay ahead of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitors’ moves to craft smart recruitment decisions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all hiring policies, legal regulations, and champion diversity initiatives that ensure an inclusive workplace.


Qualification of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you can connect with candidates at all levels and make them feel valued.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, ensuring you manage the recruitment process like a pro.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a laser focus on detail—you’ll juggle multiple priorities and still hit every mark.
