The Job:

As the Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring the smooth flow of essential tasks and contributing to the overall success of their mission. You will:

  • Master the Calendar: Seamlessly coordinate the CEO's schedule, aligning team members, internal and external stakeholders for optimal productivity.
  • Elevate Meetings: Be the driving force behind our client’s business meetings, expertly handling logistics like scheduling, reminders, catering, and setup.
  • Worldwide Travel: Plan and execute intricate travel arrangements, from international journeys to domestic excursions, leaving no detail overlooked.
  • Collaboration Central: Work closely with fellow Executive Assistants to maintain effective cross-operational practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Executive Support: Attend company and executive team meetings, capturing critical notes and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Enhance and refine operational processes, focusing on automating tasks for increased productivity.
  • Guardian of Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of discretion with all business information at all times.

  • Proven Track Record: You've spent at least 5 years supporting high-level executives in biotech healtech, or medical device sectors start-ups.
