This role will be a part of the HR Team and primarily focus on benefits administration and serve as a backup for payroll processing supporting up to 800 employees The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data management, conduct monthly audits, and generate payroll and benefits-related reports in Excel.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-offered perks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Work with benefits providers to resolve discrepancies and improve employee experiences.
  • Act as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll data integrity, including updating employee records and making necessary adjustments.
  • Address payroll-related questions and issues from employees.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present payroll and benefits-related reports using Excel, including custom reports for leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits on payroll and benefits records.
