· Post-secondary education in an IT-related discipline
· 3-5 years experience, within an IT support desk working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· HDI Support Center Analyst certification is desirable
· Basic understanding of:
o User provisioning (employee onboarding/off-boarding process, procedures, and access requests)
o Access and account management practices
o Hardware procurement
o Microsoft Office products
o Network connectivity
o SAP
o VPN/RSA
o Call tracking systems
o Software/Hardware deployment tools
o Remote connectivity tools
o Incident Management and Request Fulfillment process
· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
· Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to details
· Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Aptitude to learn and a desire to improve one’s knowledge
