About the Role
As a B2B Sales Intern, you will identify prospective sales opportunities and utilize a number of outbound communication channels to begin sales engagement. You will be responsible for the execution of lead generation initiatives and strategies to identify qualified leads to achieve company objectives and strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop top-of-funnel sales opportunities by generating new leads through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
- Conduct outbound calls and engage with new and existing customers to identify leads and assess their interest in our products.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with qualified leads for our sales teams to conduct brand and product presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving overall sales goals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree
- Experience working within sales or a customer-facing environment
- A can-do attitude - you’re willing to put yourself out there to get the job done
- Experience working in Retail Industries - advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay Rate: $17/hr
