What You’ll Do

As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all HR-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering Employees & Managers: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing clear guidance on company policies, procedures, and programs, and offering tailored solutions for complex employee relations matters.
  • Problem Solving with Impact: Investigate and resolve issues such as working condition concerns, disciplinary matters, and pay-related discrepancies to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Be a Resourceful Liaison: Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits Help Desks, ensuring swift resolutions and championing escalated cases to provide a seamless employee experience.
  • Navigating Nuance: Guide managers through challenging situations with empathy and expertise, contributing to a thriving, supportive workplace environment.
  • Leveraging Language Skills: If bilingual, assist with translating important documents, ensuring accessibility for Spanish-speaking Associates.


What You Bring to the Table

Your expertise and enthusiasm will shine in this fast-paced, supportive role if you have:

  • Experience: At least two years of HR representative/generalist experience in a large organization or supporting a business unit.
  • Skills: Strong computer abilities, including experience with SAP, case management software, and web-based research.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities, multitask, and thrive under deadlines.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
  • Personal Excellence: High standards of professionalism, sound judgment, and a knack for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
