We are seeking an ambitious Human Resources Intern to assist with different initiatives and functions within the HR department. The key focus areas will include talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, and HRIS integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting recruitment initiatives in support of the Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Improving core HR processes (job descriptions, policies & procedures)
  • Implementing an employee digital filing system

In order to excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, writing skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You should also have a strong verbal and written communication style, with the ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity.

This internship offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The duration of the internship is six months, from July to December, with potential for extension. A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred, and you must be enrolled in an accredited university with a focus on HR Management or Business Administration.
