Job Description

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure an optimal user experience and high performance.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively.
  • Help develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales support materials.
  • Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Revise and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies leveraging email channels to achieve business goals.
  • Manage the marketing communications calendar, schedule and deploy campaigns.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to email marketing regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to safeguard sender reputation and optimize deliverability.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Certification in marketing, event management, or related disciplines is a plus.
