Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of Virtual Directory solutions across Cigna’s Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Virtual Directory infrastructure.
  • Incident Response: Address Priority 1 incidents promptly and drive resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate additional applications into the existing AD/LDAP environment.
  • Security Integration: Securely integrate AD and LDAP-enabled applications, enhancing user and entitlement management.
  • Engineering Leadership: Provide oversight on architecture design, development, and multi-site, multi-domain solutions.
  • Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Resolve compatibility issues based on system architecture and project requirements.
  • Endpoint Management Strategies: Partner with IT leadership to develop endpoint management strategies.
  • Technical Guidance: Mentor support staff and make complex software modifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively enhance processes based on customer feedback and emerging technologies.
