About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Feature Activation Specialist to join our Onboarding team in the North American Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our salon clients, including the setup and activation of our Phorest Pay terminal and Salon Branded App.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering terminals for our customers and setting their pay rates on their system
  • Contacting customers who are not using their terminals (inactive terminals)
  • Supporting the implementation of processes for our new Pay solution(s) for North America
  • Setting up Phorest Pay terminals for new clients
  • Assisting clients with the initial setup, build, training, launch, and adoption of Branded App features and benefits
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth Branded App setup
  • Collaborate with support, grow, and sales teams to ensure consistency in Salon Branded App communications and processes
  • Activate ads manager, premium consultation, online rep, and staff performance for newly onboarded clients
  • Add online booking widgets to salons' websites for newly onboarded clients
