Location: (Multiple Positions) Western & Midwestern United States : Indiana to Alaska (Remote/Flexible)

Our client is a large global IT services company with over $350 million revenues and growing at 30% over the last 2 years. They are looking for self driven rainmakers in multiple states across the midwest and western United States, who can bring their exceptional business development capabilities to support the aggressive growth plans of the Company.


The Opportunity

Our client is scaling their sales organization and seeking 10-12 exceptional Sales Directors to drive growth in the rapidly expanding IT services sector. As a leader in AI and digital transformation, disrupting the market with innovative solutions – and need true rainmakers to help scale the business.

What You'll Own

* Full-cycle enterprise sales process from lead generation to close

* Strategic relationships with C-suite decision makers

* Territory development across key industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Energy

* Multi-million dollar revenue targets with significant growth potential


What Success Looks Like

* Consistently exceeding revenue targets through self-generated opportunities

* Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of enterprise deals

* Establishing trusted advisor relationships at the executive level

* Driving adoption of innovative solutions that deliver measurable customer value


The Ideal Candidate Has

* 12+ years of proven success in enterprise IT services sales

* Strong track record of independently closing multi-year, high-value contracts

* Extensive network of C-level relationships in target industries

* Deep experience selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services

* Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and handle multiple large deals simultaneously

* Bachelor's degree in technical or business field (preferred)
