The specialist will be charged with developing a complete Quality Assurance program that not only safeguards service quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged. Special note: I-2-I Solutions is a service provider, we do not have any products or software.


I-2-I Solutions, Inc. is a government contractor that provides various professional services to Government clients such as water quality monitoring, business services, and facility repair & maintenance.


Logistical Details:

  • On Site: Birmingham, AL
  • Travel: up to 50%
  • Salary Range $60-65,000


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee service inspection and testing for quality and conformance to contract deliverables and customer expectations
  • Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Investigate reports of service quality issues and ensure resolution
  • Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of service complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; may be substitutable with certificates, training, or adequate real-world experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a SERVICES Quality Control/Quality Assurance role
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy
