About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our solutions, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
    • Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and expand our presence in the market.
    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of success in sales or account management.
    • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
