What You’ll Be Doing at RiskAdvisor:

  • Responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified demo opportunities, with initial duties focused solely on lead generation rather than conducting demos.
  • Utilizing existing leads lists as well as generating new prospective customers.
  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, networking events, industry databases, cold calling pounding the pavement.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce RiskAdvisor and generate interest.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of RiskAdvisor product to secure product demonstrations.
  • Strategically identify new customers and decision makers to add to prospective pipeline.
  • Formulate strategies to increase sales activities and ensure annual goals are attained.
  • Work collaboratively with RiskAdvisor’s co-founders to effectively build out pipelines and processes
  • Desire to grow your career alongside RiskAdvisor’s growth


 What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong pipelines, business development strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Previous InsurTech or marketing agency experience.
  • Proven skills in developing sales leads, nurturing accounts, and employing effective negotiation and closing techniques.


Compensation:

Compensation will be tied to your experience. The salary range for this position is $50k to $75k.


OTE for a Business Development Representative is $125k to $150k+.


We are setting up an Employee Stock Option Plan.
