Are you a dynamic and driven recruiter looking to make an impact? We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter for a contract position at our Reno, NV location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within our organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position, expected to end in December.
- Pay range is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Position is onsite in Reno, NV.
