The Role We Want You For

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for both visitors and staff.The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The Specifics of the Role

Reception & Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately.

Inventory Management: Monitor and evaluate office inventory levels.

Office Maintenance: Clean and organize common areas such as the conference room, break room, and reception desk to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.

Conference Room Management: Maintain and update conference room schedules to facilitate smooth meeting coordination.

Event Coordination: Order meals for office events and coordinate building-wide events to enhance team engagement and company culture.

Administrative Support

Internal Communication: Update and maintain the internal phone list, ensuring accurate contact information.


Requirements

  • High School diploma, or Associate’s degree desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a receptionist.
  • Ability to welcome visitors in person or on the telephone in a friendly manner,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, and hard working.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Annual Salary: Based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
