If so, we want you to join our Supply Chain and Operations Department at Seal Shield As our Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you'll be the conductor of our warehouse symphony, orchestrating the daily movements of products, managing inventory with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker, and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You'll be the go-to person for all things warehouse-related, from coordinating shipments to verifying documentation, and everything in between. But wait, there's more You'll also be a key player in our reverse logistics and warranty processes, ensuring that our customers' returns are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. You'll work closely with our production and engineering teams, assisting with laser etching operations, quality assurance testing, and even helping to retrofit UV disinfection devices. To excel in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state motor vehicle operator's license, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the world of operations and warehousing. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains the Warehouse Management System (WMS) database.
• Reviews Daily Orders in ERP database for approval within prescribed guidelines.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of goods.
• Maintains shipment logs, verifies proper documentation for outbound and inbound products.
• Confirms the availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Focused on inventory management with monthly audits, quarterly cycle counts, research, and resolves all inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Enhance inventory protocol by continually managing and developing operations within.
• Pick and prepare orders to be shipped, including consolidation, packing, and labeling shipments.
• Understand international shipping requirements Commercial Invoice and International Commerce Terms.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of the finished product as needed.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, and administer forklift Preventative Maintenance program and vehicle safety checks. Operates forklift truck and pallet jacks as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
• Receive, process and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.
• Resolves any receipt discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.
• Inspect and ensures the quality of incoming inventory.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA/RA).
• Provide support to the Operations Manager during periods of their absence.
• Understand Logistics Cycle and implications on internal processes.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
• Register sort and repackage items as needed within established SOP's.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness for safe operations.
• Reverse Logistics (RA, Warranty, etc.):
• Help process reverse logistic items to ensure they are processed into the warehouse according to SOP.
• Coordinate movement of product movement between the warehouse and the production shop to achieve outlined goals.
• Understand the NetSuite processes associated with RAs, warranties, etc. to continually seek new ways to improve the process.
• Ensure items that can be returned to active stock are accounted for in NetSuite and placed in correct locations per SOP.

Production/Engineering Support:

• Assist in Laser Etching Operation.
• Learn and assist in quality assurance testing.
• Potential to cut and quality control of validated screen protectors.
• Participate in retrofitting of UV Disinfection Devices.

SOP/KPIs:

• Aid in the goal to meet or exceed all listed SC/OPS metrics and KPIs.
• Continue learning and pursuing best practices and seeking other education/certification to maintain the ongoing evolution of increased productivity, efficiency, etc., of the Operations and Supply Chain Department.

Team Support:

• Communicate with outside parties for coworkers when requested.
• Respond to communication (emails, meeting requests, MSTeams messages, etc.) sent by Seal Shield members in a timely and friendly manner.
• Work with other departments to facilitate reasonable requests promptly.
• Store all emails in an organized manner to provide a complete and clear history of communication.
• Actively participate in scheduled conference calls.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
• Current with trends and best practices for Operations and Warehousing.

• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity & be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
• Past job performance must reflect dependability, maturity, initiative, personal demeanor, & the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Working Conditions: This position resides at the WHSE with a routine M-F dayshift work schedule. Rare requirements for Saturday work may occur for peak shipping periods or physical inventory (annual) events. Travel for company events, vendors, or educational events may be required, including sometimes overnight stays.

Physical Requirements

Work to be conducted within the warehouse is movement, shipping, and occasionally returning of the product. This will often require the use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch. Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs occasionally exists.
