Personal Assistant/House/Property Manager

Our client is looking for assistance on his Miami property to manage a small staff and oversee various projects that come with a waterfront property. There’s a housekeeper and a Chef who drops off meals. Current potential renovations include dock repairs and bathroom updates. The ideal candidate is solution oriented with high energy and works quickly to get the job done. Must have the availability to hop on a call or answer messages from the client to handle situations as they arise. The client travels between Miami and NY and is used to fast paced NYC life.


The schedule will vary depending on the work needed at the property; some administrative tasks can be done remotely, including calendaring, managing medical appointments, as well as other planning and research. There's a need for a 24/7 mentality.


MUST have over 10 years of relevant Personal Assistant/House/Property Management experience with longevity in previous positions supporting private clients.
