Rhino Roofing and General Contracting, LLC has been in business since 2011 and has offices in Wylie, TX and Austin, TX. We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with clients to create tailored-fit proposals that will meet their needs. The Outside Sales Representative responsibilities include traveling to assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients. Discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates. To be successful in this position, you will be assertive, goal-driven, and have a massive desire for long-term personal growth and income success.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
  • Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
  • Update sales and client databases with current information.
  • Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending Rhino team meetings and training workshops.
  • Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary to affected areas
  • Ability to climb roofs to perform inspections
  • Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.
  • Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (Hybrid position, mostly field with some office work required. Office is in Austin, TX)
  • You will work with a team lead until you are ready to be on your own


Compensation:

  • Six weeks of training compensation paid weekly
  • $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Bonuses paid monthly. We have had Sales Reps make $150,000 plus in the past
