This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission.

Precision Roof Crafter prides themselves on their professionalism and integrity, specializing in hard to find roof imperfections and executing complicated projects that include solar shingles, metal and synthetic slate and tile, and low slope roofs. Offering straightforward pricing and industry best warranties on materials, labor, and workmanship, Precision Roof Crafters continues to uphold their core customer service values while being the model of roofing excellence in the great state of Texas. 

Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative:

  • Go door-to-door to homeowners looking to generate roofing leads within a territory provided to you 
  • Engage with homeowners and introduce Precision Roof Crafters expertise in roof restoration to prospective customers and offer free roof inspections
  • Capture and submit relevant customer information for Precision Roof Crafters highly trained sales teams to further assist the customer in their roofing project
  • An eagerness to get out and interact with homeowners, with more leads leading to higher earnings for yourself
  • Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with others while having the ability to read and react to a homeowner accordingly 
  • A dynamic and results driven approach responsible for driving sales outside of the office environment 
  • A go-getter, hunter mentality where you want to be outside and in front of as many prospects as possible to take advantage of your unlimited earnings potential 

Who We Are

Sales Focus Inc. pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998. We have 25 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients, specializing in both inside and outside sales teams. 

What Sales Focus Has to Offer:

  • A full time, W-2 role with a base pay AND an industry leading uncapped commission structure for those motivated to exceed their earnings expectations, with base pay and commissions paid bi-weekly 
  • A flexible Monday thru Friday work schedule, with weekend work available. 
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision available after 90 days of employment
  • 2 weeks of accrued, paid time off that you begin earning your first day in the role, as well as 10 paid holidays
  • Earning potential of $80,000+ with the opportunity for more earnings thru uncapped commissions and bonuses.
