Marketing Automation Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)


Location: Remote (must be in PST)

Schedule: 40 hours a week for roughly 5 months (could extend)

Pay: Up to $54 /hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who is highly skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our well known Fortune 100 client on a 5 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and needs someone located in the PST time zone. This role could extend based on performance and work.

Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage marketing campaign execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather materials and assets to build campaigns in SFMC.
  • Build out email journeys for a number of assigned campaigns.
  • Manage workflows and projects as assigned.
  • Track and report on campaigns being built out and managed.
  • Create automation journeys and triggered campaigns for key customer targets.
  • Ensure that the campaigns being built are correctly targeting the personas and account grading.


Marketing Automation Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience within marketing automation platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • Can quickly adapt to the tools and systems.
