Job Title: Senior Sales Representative - Water Transfer/Water Treatment Services

Location: Midland, TX

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative specializing in Water Transfer and Water Treatment services for the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in sales within the water transfer/water treatment sector, with a specific focus on serving the needs of oilfield operations. This role requires a deep understanding of water management practices within the industry and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Midland, TX area.
  2. Identify and target potential clients, including oil and gas operators and service companies, who utilize water transfer and water treatment services.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative water management solutions that meet the unique requirements of oilfield operations.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water transfer/water treatment industry, with a focus on oil and gas operations.
  • Previous experience in operations within the industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in water transfer/water treatment sales.
  • Existing network of relationships with oil and gas operators and service companies in the Midland, TX area.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
