Current Treatments:
Our treatments focus on delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and intranasal esketamine (Spravato). Additionally, we are conducting a TMS clinical trial at our Ravenna office, with plans to expand into additional psychedelics as they become available including MDMA and Psilocybin.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily administrative tasks, including prior authorizations, client communication, and scheduling.
· Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments (full training provided).
· Set up and monitor patients receiving Spravato® (full training provided).
· Potential opportunities to assist with clinical trials in TMS and psychedelic medicine.
· Monitor and document patients’ medical and psychiatric symptoms.
· Conduct suicide risk assessments in collaboration with the treatment team.
· Take patient vitals and administer psychiatric rating scales.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
· Collect and analyze data related to patient symptom changes during and after TMS treatment.
· Perform additional support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Early to mid-career LCSW, RN, MA, or CNA preferred; candidates with experience in medical or mental health treatment are also encouraged to apply.
· Exceptional bedside manner with a warm, compassionate, and comforting demeanor.
· Positive, proactive attitude towards practice setup and program development.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Experience with EMR/EHR systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 is a plus.
· Experience with TMS and/or intranasal esketamine (Spravato) is ideal, but not required.
Benefits:
· Competitive hourly wage of $25 - $35, depending on experience and qualifications.
· Paid time off (2 weeks) plus 8 paid public holidays.
· Health insurance stipend ($400/month).
· 401(k) with company matching up to 4%.
· Transportation subsidy.
This full-time position requires a commitment of 35-40 hours per week on-site. As our practice grows, there will be ample opportunities for advancement, including potential shifts into practice management roles for the right individual.
