We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Specialist to join our team at Next Level Impacts, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering innovative medical solutions.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong clinical background, preferably in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in educating physicians, nurses, and technicians on the effective utilization and benefits of our products within Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery suites.
Key responsibilities include participating in or leading in-service training sessions, collecting baseline data, assessing patient characteristics, and providing consultation to lab physicians and technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in health science and relevant registration or certifications, with a minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be required to present clinical papers, RESPECT clinical trial data, and the overall value proposition.
Additionally, the Regional Clinical Specialist will support the monitoring of product inventory levels, share insights on competitive products, and assist in the clinical training and onboarding of new field personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in or lead in-service training sessions for physicians and nursing/lab staff.
- Collect baseline data or insights on hospital/lab closure performance metrics.
- Assess patient characteristics and provide guidance to physicians and nursing/lab staff.
- Offer consultation to lab physicians and technicians on the appropriate utilization of products.
- Document survey data pertaining to Time to Ambulation, complications, patient comfort, staff satisfaction, etc.
- Assist the Territory Manager in organizing and analyzing evaluation/trial data.
- Identify issues related to product usage and promptly communicate them to the Regional Sales Director and relevant TM.
- Provide additional in-service training to affected clinical staff.
- Present clinical papers, RESPECT clinical trial data, and the overall value proposition.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in health science and relevant registration or certifications.
- Minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in the medical industry.
- Strong clinical background, with experience in products used in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery highly desirable.
