Are you an experienced Land Development Engineer with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable community solutions? Majestic Developers is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of land development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the development of land projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Manage permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in land development or related engineering roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (required).
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, local zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
