The ideal candidate will ensure that our warehouse operates with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, maintaining smooth workflow processes and leading a team of employees to achieve performance goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Management:


- Oversee day-to-day operations of two fulfillment centers, ensuring optimal

productivity and efficiency.


- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance

workflow.


- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely order

fulfillment.


- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage supply chain activities and

ensure timely restocking of products.


Team Leadership:


- Hire, train, and supervise fulfillment center staff, fostering a positive and

productive work environment.


- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and

coaching to employees.


- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and

productivity.


Quality Control:


- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and timely

order fulfillment.


- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to

address any discrepancies.


- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and

regulatory requirements.\


Customer Service:


- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues or

discrepancies promptly.


- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time to

maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment in a

professional and timely manner.


Technology & Innovation:


- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to

streamline operations.


- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce

operational costs.


- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the fulfillment

center remains competitive.


Safety & Compliance:


- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working

environment.


- Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.


- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to

warehouse operations.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a

related field.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management,

preferably in an e-commerce environment.


- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.


- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant

technologies.


- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

simultaneously.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
