Position: Business Development Associate
Address: 3455 Mill Run Dr. Hilliard, Ohio 43026
Schedule: 2pm-8pm Monday, 9am-6pm Tuesday, (9am-1pm, 1pm-3pm break, 3pm-8pm Wednesday, Thursday,) Friday 9am-5pm
Interviews: 3 rounds, all back-to-back and on-site – Interview with Sales Manager and the COO, then go out to lunch
Salary Requirements : 36k Base – Expected to make 70-80k (3% overall profit from deal. Average deal is $25k. After first 20 deals in a year (avg 50+) they go from 3% commission to 5% commission forever

• Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
• Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed
• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers
• A role up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross functional tasks and assignments
• Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
• Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Limited travel as required
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
• Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
• Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
• Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
• Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
• Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
• Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
• Attend business meetings and trainings as required
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

A Client of Insight Global is looking for a Follow Up Specialist who will play a critical role in follow up and respond to all sales leads generated to increase sales. Build rapport with clients to help overcome objections to generate more sales. Schedule and conduct appointments. Negotiate a win/win solutions for both parties. Someone is a people person and willing to take on a sales role.
