Our client, a company that combines tech & hospitality, is hiring for a temp Business Development Consultant to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business.



Job Duties Include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and implement effective Business Development Representative programs locally and nationally
  • Identify and create a list of prospective clients for B2B outreach initiatives
  • Establish clear objectives, key results, and KPIs to measure the success of business development efforts
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and tactics for B2B outreach, including both in-person and remote approaches
  • Utilize expertise in lead generation to conduct thorough research, identify potential leads, and execute drip campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions




Job Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience in building out BDR programs on a local or national level
  • Deep understanding of best practices and strategies for effective business development
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to business development
  • Ability to drive driving measurable results and achieve organizational objectives
  • Expertise in developing B2B outreach strategies and tactics
  • Strong research skills and experience in executing drip campaigns, both in-person and remote
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to travel to meetings within NYC



Salary: $45+/hr depending on experience
