Macdonald & Company is proudly partnered with a global real estate developer and investor to appoint a Real Estate Development and Acquisitions Analyst or Associate into their office in Denver, CO.


The Company

The firm have a track-record spanning decades, and boast a broader portfolio of assets covering almost every single product type. Their Industrial platform is growing in Denver, CO - an office that focuses on acquiring and executing on ground-up development sites as well as core-plus investments for light industrial projects across Colorado and Arizona.


The Position

The Analyst or Associate will focus their time and efforts in the underwriting and financial modeling of new investment opportunities, as well as the early phases of ground-up development projects. This individual will take projects through IC review/presentation, due diligence, closing, as well as having oversight of any construction delivery, lease-up, sale, and financing that would take place.


Core responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of financial models, development budgets, IC presentations and monthly financial reports.
  • Involvement in construction meetings with internal and external teams, along with coordinating external consultants, architects, engineers etc.
  • Working with institutional investors for raising and deploying capital, along with investor reporting.
  • Supporting the leasing and marketing process, responding to RFPs, drafting proposals, and coordinating lease documents.
