Effy Jewelry’s in-house creative team handles end-to-end marketing and content creation for all internal stakeholder teams including—but not limited to—retail locations (land + cruise ship stores), cruise marketing operations, eCommerce, special project teams, and business partners.


Our in-house team consists of designers, copywriters, content/brand strategists, marketing specialists, editors, and photographers. We tailor creative solutions and brilliant designs to our internal partners’ unique needs, covering a range of formats and mediums including:

Cruise Creative Project Manager’s Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and management of diverse portfolio of creative projects and initiatives for established luxury jewelry brand
  • Spectrum of deliverables range across print, digital, photo and video assets
  • Specific focus on creative that fulfills requests from Cruise partners + internal Cruise marketing team
  • Clear communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding project needs, risks, goals, and outcomes
  • Contribute to the planning and development of cross-functional creative projects and project plans
  • Perform team administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Manage creative team workload, balancing competing demands with keen sense for departmental and company priorities.
  • Ownership of meeting cadences, taking a leadership role to help drive successful and productive discussions
  • Guide actionable tasks and follow-ups for designers, copywriters, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Scope projects with accuracy and attention to detail, budget, and risk
  • Track and accurately report on project progress to team leaders
  • Assign best resources to wide variety of projects, procuring all necessary materials for team to action designated work in a timely manner
  • Build, manage, and own timelines (both from templates and from scratch) based on timing and resourcing restrictions
  • Maintain timely execution of team tasks and deliverables
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Creative Management in an efficient and organized manner
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports in collaboration with the Director of Creative Management
  • Manage fast moving portfolio of requests and ever-changing priorities; swiftly managing change
  • Bring new ideas, systems, and energy to the team
  • Surprise and delight with ahead-of-schedule creative delivery

  • Command meetings with strong ability to steer conversations and achieve actionable and productive outcomes


Qualifications:

  • Required: 3-5 years proven Project Management experience
  • Preference: creative/design management experience
  • Cruise or related work experience a plus
  • Required: Experience with project management software – Asana (or similar e.g. Lucidchart, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.)
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Project Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
  • Preferred: strong familiarity/experience with Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
