Job Scope/Must Haves:

  • Must have no more than 2-4 years of Desktop experience within a high performing environment (client is not looking for tenured resources for this role). Client is seeking resources that are open to learning, not too tenured.
  • Imaging and deployment of endpoint hardware for laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Repair, refurbishment, RMA, e-waste of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain endpoints for software updates, device management, and our security baseline configuration - end point management systems (SCCM, JAMF, Kace, Workspace One, etc.)
  • Inventory and Asset management of all endpoint hardware.
  • Collecting orders for IT Hardware from shipping and receiving.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
