JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
  • This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
  • They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setup and expand the business in USA.
  • Submit all data related to the marketing activities as required by the company from time to time.
  • Analyze the market status of US business and provide market analysis report to provide accurate market basis for company decision.
  • Find leads, close deals to achieve the personal annual sales target.
  • Regularly attend exhibitions and other events that result in direct sales opportunities and other benefits for the company.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Becholer's degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology or other related major.
  • 3+ years' of American BD working experience in major Pharmaceutical companies or CROs.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
